Refund Policy

At MA Works, your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.
1. General Policy
All sales are final once services are delivered. Due to the creative nature of video production and editing, completed projects are non-refundable.
2. Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit may be required to book your session.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of your scheduled shoot may be eligible for deposit credit toward a future booking.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Incomplete Deliveries
If for any reason MA Works cannot fulfill the services agreed upon (due to illness, emergency, or technical failure), you may be eligible for:

A rescheduled shoot, or

A partial refund, depending on how much work has been completed.
4. Revisions & Expectations
Each project includes a limited number of revisions (outlined in your service agreement or invoice). Additional edits beyond this may incur extra fees. Dissatisfaction due to creative preference will not qualify for a refund unless expectations were clearly misaligned and documented.
5. How to Request a Refund

Refunds or credits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
