1. Use of Site & Services

This site is intended to showcase past work, accept bookings, and provide information about our services. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

2. Booking & Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance.

• A deposit may be required to secure a session date.

• Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• Rush delivery, location changes, and additional services may be subject to added fees.

3. File Delivery

Final files are delivered through WeTransfer and are password-protected for your privacy. Projects are not shared publicly unless you give written permission.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit. No refunds are given for completed services unless under exceptional circumstances.

5. Content Rights

MA Works retains the right to use any publicly agreed-upon footage for portfolio or promotional purposes only if you consent in writing. You retain rights to your own image and choreography.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the new terms.
