FAQ
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date.
It goes toward your total and becomes non-refundable within 48 hours of the event.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
➝ Cancel 2+ days before = Full refund
➝ Cancel within 48 hrs = No refund
➝ Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 day before (pending availability)
➝ Same-day changes count as cancellations and require a new deposit
When do I pay the rest?
50% is due after filming
Final 50% is due when edited footage is delivered
When will I receive the final footage?
Turnaround time depends on the length of your project, but most edits are delivered within 1–3 weeks.
Rush edits available upon request.
Do you shoot rehearsals or tech runs?
Yes, if it helps your dancers feel more comfortable or if you’d like behind-the-scenes content, I offer rehearsal coverage at the same hourly filming rate.
